Since 2019, Crow Estate Planning & Probate has served the greater Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky regions in the areas of estate planning, probate, conservatorships, guardianships, business planning, digital asset planning, and real estate transfers. Our team is excited to announce that we are officially expanding to East Tennessee with a new office located in the heart of Chattanooga.
After 29 years as an attorney and senior counsel at Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison, P.C., Chattanooga native Scott Grant joins our team of experienced estate planning and probate attorneys. Scott will serve clients in our Chattanooga office in the areas of trust and estate planning and administration, probate, tax planning, and business succession planning.
“It is such an honor to be brought on board with Crow Estate Planning and Probate,” said Scott. “John and his team have created an incredible firm in Middle Tennessee, and I’m excited to take the first steps to grow the practice in East Tennessee.”
John Crow, founder of the firm, had this to say about the recent expansion:
“Opening an office in Chattanooga is a natural extension of what we have been building across Tennessee. We focus exclusively on estate planning and probate, and our goal is simple: to give families clarity, control, and peace of mind when it matters the most. Beyond the work itself, we simply love Chattanooga. It’s a city with character, strong families, and a real sense of community. That made it an easy decision for us to invest here and build something long-term.”
With the addition of this office, Crow Estate Planning & Probate now offers six locations to serve clients needing legal assistance in Tennessee or Kentucky. For Chattanooga clients wishing to schedule a meeting, free consultations will be available starting Monday, May 4th in our new downtown office, located at 736 Georgia Avenue in Suite 504.
